We are a Canadian company looking for home-based, part-time professional native German speaker phone interviewers to call customers in Germany.

It is; Long term, Well paid, Home-based, flexible hours

The Job: We are looking for well-educated professionals to call our client’s customers and inquire about
their level of satisfaction in their relationship with our client. As a business researcher, you will
be conducting short satisfaction surveys, often with decision makers who make large
purchases from our client. This position is not a telemarketing job; you are not selling anything.
However, you do represent the client and our professional standards of conduct are high.
With each respondent, you will strive to establish a short, but trusting and meaningful phone
dialogue in order to obtain his/her feedback and specific suggestions for service
improvements. We will automatically record the conversation, when approved by the
respondent, using software we provide. You will then listen to the audio and transcribe
comments. You will need to be productive, of course, but quality is the essential consideration.

Hours:Flexible schedule, but between 9 am and 5 pm local to the place you call. We would like you to
commit to a minimum of 20 hours a week. If you like us and our client likes you, we can discuss
additional work opportunities on other campaigns we routinely conduct in your area.

Languages: We are looking for native German speakers. You will be calling in German language and you
need to speak and write it perfectly.

QUALIFICATIONS;
-You like people, have extraordinary listening skills, and can respond empathetically while maintaining interviewer neutrality.
- You have a probing mind and are genuinely interested in continuous quality improvement.
- You are detail oriented and accurate.
- You are reliable. If you say you will work 20 hours this week, you will keep your commitment.
- Equipment needed? You need only a reliable high-speed connection with direct (cabled) access to the internet; a recent computer; a medium quality or better headset with microphone, and a quiet workspace.
